Ihre Aufgaben

  • Managing and developing a small indirect sales team in a defined sales region (preferably Germany, Switzerland, Benelux)
  • Implementing the defined indirect sales strategy and defined short-term tactics in your region to reach annual KPIs
  • Contributing to the over-all indirect sales strategy, wider indirect sales team development and process improvements
  • Contributing to target setting and KPI definition of the wider indirect sales team
  • Developing marketing plans with marketing team for your sales region
  • Collaborating with external key influencers in your sales region
  • Fostering team collaboration, sharing of knowledge and best practice within wider indirect sales team
  • Next to the team lead function, the team lead will fulfil a indirect sales role for a defined customer segment or a defined country
  • Mission of indirect sales team: Creating demand for Mondi UFP flagship-brands PERGRAPHICA® and Color Copy at indirect customer segments such as creative agencies, graphic designers, publishers, brand owners, premium printers incl digital printers, corporate publishers

Ihr Profil

  • At least 6 years of experience in sales or consulting services to publishers, creative agencies, brand owners or premium printers
  • Pronounced hunting spirit for approaching new customers, developing existing customers and materialising sales opportunities
  • Passion for the usage of premium uncoated fine papers
  • Strong, but empathetic communication behaviour
  • Participative leadership skills
  • Analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Out-of-the-box thinking, but target-focused working behaviour
  • High willingness to travel
  • Languages: German native or fluent, English fluent, preferably Dutch fluent
